City of Dallas Demolition Permit

Before your demolition can begin, you will need to obtain a permit from the City of Dallas. This "master permit" covers all construction and demolition work for your property. There are a few instances where a permit is not required:

• When demolishing a fence or pool.
• When remodeling or demolishing the interior of a structure.
• When demolishing a structure less than 120 sqft.
